Obtains a value for the indicated aspect.

Parameters:

aspect - constant defined in the CommonAspectRule class

extra - additional information that might be required to resolve the value, for example, when the Period must be resolved, the concept QName is required to distinguish between instant and duration

Returns:

the selected aspect value
